Confronted with the absurdities in our relationships, the barbs, the outbursts of children and adults, let's uncover the internal storms that reveal a part of ourselves. Sometimes frightening, sometimes uncontrollable. How does our past shape our reactions and why does our way of communicating worsen them?
Between laughs and revelations, let's explore how to navigate these storms to find more peaceful relationships (well... we'll try, right?).
