After "No Croque Mëssiö" (2009) and "Autopsy" (2019), Michèle Turpel, alias Mi Tu, (not to be confused with Me Too), presents her 3rd solo program, "Mämmories," written and directed by Jemp Schuster. The music for this show was composed by Claire Parsons. The poster comes from Meluma.
What do we learn when a woman, claiming to have performed on the world's biggest stages, opens her makeup box and starts talking? In the spotlight, everything glistens, but behind the scenes, even the biggest stars can appear unpolished.
Why does an artist become a diva in New York, London, Berlin, or Paris, while at home, no one knows her? Can one become globally famous from Luxembourg? We take the risk. "Mämmories" is a showbiz spectacle in the style of magical realism.
