Shauli Einav and Christophe Girard first met in Paris, where they discovered they both grew up close to nature: Shauli in Kfar-Uriyya, in the Judean hills, and Christophe in Saint-Léger, Burgundy. This connection quickly led to a strong musical partnership, blending their folk influences with extensive experience in jazz and classical music. Before the Covid pandemic, Shauli moved to Luxembourg, where he reconnected with nature after years in cities like New York and Paris. Similarly, Christophe returned to his roots in the Burgundian countryside after many years in Paris. Though they perform worldwide, they always enjoy returning to the tranquility of their familiar landscapes. This shared sense of serenity is amplified when they perform together, as if they are viewing the world through the same lens. Shauli and Christophe will be specially joined for this performance by Ella Zirina, a jazz guitarist and composer from Latvia, passionate about exploring the mysteries of her instrument. Her trademark is melodic improvisation, giving her music a distinctly personal and emotional quality.
