In daily life, we often focus our attention on external things and seek solutions or energy sources outside. Yet, we already carry many resources within us. These guided exercises aim to shift attention and awareness inward through mindful breathing. Thus, we learn to feel our bodies, listen to what is happening within, and release tensions. This fosters a positive connection with our bodies, allowing us to anchor ourselves in daily life with strength and energy. Exercises can be performed lying down or sitting. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. A blanket and a small pillow can also be useful for added comfort. The course is led by Lisa Kollwelter, a physiotherapist and Shiatsu practitioner.
