Consciousness Exercises for Body and Mind
In everyday life, we often focus our attention on external things and seek solutions or energy sources outside. But in reality, we already carry many resources within us. These guided exercises aim to direct attention and consciousness inward through conscious breathing. We learn to feel our body, listen to what is happening within us, and release tensions. This fosters a positive connection with our body, allowing us to ground ourselves in everyday life with strength and energy. The exercises can be performed lying down or sitting. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. A blanket and a small pillow can also be helpful for added comfort. The course is led by Lisa Kollwelter, a physiotherapist and Shiatsu practitioner.
