The art of the pitch is the oral presentation of a project idea or a story. A task that even the most brilliant filmmakers and producers often fail. A successful pitch is essential and can determine whether a project will be realized or not.
What makes a good pitch? Where to start? Presenting your project in an interesting and convincing manner in a short amount of time is a real challenge for authors, directors, and producers.
During four intensive days, guided by expert Stefano Tealdi, participants will discover and experience all the secrets of a successful pitch by working in small groups on their own projects. We accept fiction, documentary, and series projects of any format (short, long, medium, etc.) and genre.
Audience: Professional authors, directors, or students, Luxembourgers or residing in Luxembourg. We also accept participants without a project, limited to five per session. Maximum number of participants: 10 with a project ready to pitch + 5 observers. Within the framework of the partnership between Film Fund Luxembourg and CNA for supporting authors, the 10 selected projects are automatically selected.
Born in South Africa, Stefano Tealdi created Stefilm in Turin, Italy in 1991, where he develops, produces, and/or directs feature films and series of films and documentaries.
