Let's take the time to discover together this fascinating period in the history of the city of Luxembourg. Using the models, charters, and other archaeological objects from the permanent exhibition, let's travel back to the 10th century to see how the city of Luxembourg gradually developed from the primitive castle called Lucilinburhuc. Then, let's leave the Museum and visit the archaeological crypt on Rue de la Reine, home to the remnants of the medieval wall built in the 12th century.
