Imagine you find a mysterious stone that deciphers an ancient language! In 1799, French soldiers found the Rosetta Stone in Egypt, which contains the same text in hieroglyphs, Greek, and demotic. Thanks to this stone, scientists were able to decipher the Egyptian hieroglyphs – a very old puzzle was solved!
In this workshop, you create your own translation stone from clay. You carve signs and symbols into the clay and add their meanings in different languages. Once you are home, you can explore these new languages.
