Formed in 2010 by Tcho and drummer Beb, Dad Was A Bad Mother quickly integrated Fidel as a singer, Mémé on guitar, and Pépé on bass.
Initially focused on covers, the band has been performing locally between Thionville, Metz, and Nancy since 2013.
In 2015, after the drummer's departure, Mémé took over the drums and the band began composing their own tracks influenced by blues and grunge.
In 2018, they released their first EP and have been performing numerous concerts in Lorraine, including acoustic settings. Their music is intense and gritty, aiming to explore raw and powerful emotions.
