With its chalet atmosphere and mountain flavours, the mountain brunch is sure to be a warm and delicious experience!
On the brunch menu for Sunday 16 February :
- Fresh orange juice, squeezed on arrival, for maximum flavour and goodness!
- A big cold buffet, right in the heart of the foodhall, where you'll find the essentials such as charcuterie boards and Savoy cheeses, foccacia, ciabatta, salad bar (crozet salad with Beaufort, potato salad), bellevue salmon, avocado toast, savoury cakes, fruit, yoghurts, granola, pastries... as well as more elaborate recipes and other nuggets, made in GANG of course!
- Hot, comforting dishes: tartiflette, risotto... But also scrambled eggs, soup, quiches, pancakes...
- And showcooking, i.e. live cooking demonstrations in front of you!
Each corner, each restaurant, will have its own specialities for you to devour with your eyes before taking just one bite!
- Grand Café will take you on a journey with its specialities.
- Creative cuisine at Specto: Kniddelen with porcini mushrooms, crepes stuffed with Comté truffles, smoked salmon, beef tartare. But also pizza, pasta or asia in our different corners: you'll be spoilt for choice! What's more, choosing doesn't mean giving up, as our brunch formula is all-you-can-eat!
- At the GANG Barista, you'll find an entire display case of desserts, including Savoy cakes, apple strudel, blackcurrant panna cotta, mont blanc, vanilla éclair, clafoutis, tarts and other delights...
- There's also unlimited detox water and iced tea to quench your thirst!
