Singer Laura Dauzonne and guitarist Christophe Astolfi met on the stage of the Don Camillo cabaret in Paris. Their duo is a successful blend of their numerous influences: jazz, classical music, gypsy, Armenian choral, and realistic song. They draw their repertoire from 1950s Paris, the cradle of arts, letters, and life that begins anew: Edith Piaf, Yves Montand, Jacques Prévert, Patachou, Henri Salvador. Names that accompany their daily lives and that they love to perform on stage. Their show is like an acrobat's act where the two collaborators whirl between words, notes, and chords. Beautiful arrangements and also a certain risk-taking that makes them unique in this repertoire!
