To celebrate the first anniversary of our afterWORKshops, the Public Service of Casino Luxembourg invites you to experience a unique fermentation experience! As part of the Boogie curatorial experimentation, and inspired by the collaborative beer brewing project « Milk the Funk » by artist Jules Maillot, we will dive into the fascinating world of fermentation by making our own kombucha tea.
Kombucha fermentation being a two-stage process, this workshop will take place in two sessions to kick off the 2025 afterWORKshops:
• Session 1: We will create the SCOBY (the key ingredient in fermentation) and design personalized bottle labels for our afterWORKshop tea.
• Session 2: We will complete the second fermentation, bottle our kombucha, and finish with a friendly tasting session to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
