Colomina's paintings resonate with themes drawn from his origins and fantasies, with a focus on women as a timeless source of inspiration. Influenced by the sun of his homeland, his works also reflect strong themes related to Spanish culture, such as bullfighting and flamenco. His vibrant and colorful style has gained appreciation from critics, earning a distinction from art journalist Bernard Vadon in 1993.
