In nature we discover and collect herbs and plants that grow in spring.
With herbalist Christiane Laures, we learn to identify them and cook them to create various taste experiences.
At the end of the activity, we eat together the dishes with ingredients from the forest that we have just created.

Part of the workshop takes place in the forests of Ellergronn. Please remember to wear sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
