Located in a region long marked by iron mining, we want a festival that is primarily popular while highlighting the quality of the choirs. For a long time affected by worker immigration from which most members of our association originate, we also want it to be international. The choirs that have participated since 2014 perfectly reflect this dual intention. Lastly, we want it to be warm and friendly. Everything is done to ensure everyone has a great weekend. Since its inception, the Mines en Chœurs festival has always been particularly appreciated by the participants, many of whom we have met again in their own countries.
