The family constellation method is a representational approach that serves to clarify, recognize, understand, modulate, and possibly resolve the connections of family and personal history. It works, among other things, on inner images, internalized conflicts, and transgenerational entanglements. The goal is to find inner peace and positively improve self-image to move forward in life in a more grounded manner.
In group sessions, we address various topics such as family situations, relationships, internal conflicts, blockages, and other life circumstances to develop solution approaches. You can bring your own topics to be set up, participate as a representative in the constellation, or simply observe as a witness. The inner images processed reflect your own situations, bringing personal inner enrichment. On request, your topic can also be set up anonymously.
The facilitator of these constellations, Jérôme Grethen, is also an artist and press cartoonist. Recently re-established in Luxembourg, he has been practicing systemic constellations worldwide since 2012. Jérôme has worked with groups and individuals, both in companies and in the field of personal development and therapeutic support. Over the years, he has refined his method to meet the concrete needs of participants, using approaches aligned with clinical psychology to ensure that the work resonates in everyday life.
