The systemic family constellations method is a representational method used to clarify, recognize, understand, modulate, and possibly resolve connections within family and personal history.
It addresses among others inner images, unexpressed conflicts and intergenerational entanglements.
The goal is to find inner peace, improve one's self-image positively to move more solidly through life.
In a group, we approach various topics such as family situations, relationships, inner conflicts, blockages, and other life circumstances to devise solutions.
You can bring personal themes to work on, participate as a representative, or simply observe as a witness.
The worked-through inner images will resonate with your own situations, bringing you personal enrichment.
You can also present your topic anonymously upon request.
Jérôme Grethen is not only a facilitator but also an artist and press illustrator. Recently relocated back to Luxembourg, he has been practicing systemic constellations worldwide since 2012.
Jérôme works with groups and individuals, both in professional and personal settings. Over the years, he has refined the method to meet the concrete needs of people.
He facilitates constellations applying the filters of clinical psychology so that the work grasps not only a spiritual dimension but also everyday life.
