The "Method\nThe Systemic Family Constellations is a representation method that aims to clarify, recognize, understand, modulate, and possibly resolve connections from the family and personal history.\nIt works on inner images, internalized conflicts, and intergenerational entanglements.\nThe goal is to find inner peace, positively improve self-image to move forward in life with more stability.\n\nGroup Session\nIn the group, we go through various topics such as family situations, relationships, inner conflicts, blockages, and other life circumstances to develop solutions.\nYou can bring personal topics to set up, participate as a representative, or simply observe as a witness.\nThe internal images worked out are mirrored with your own situations, offering personal enrichment.\nIf desired, your topic can also be set up anonymously.\n\nThe Facilitator\nJérôme Grethen is, besides a facilitator, also an artist and press illustrator. Recently settled back in Luxembourg, he has been practicing systemic constellation worldwide since 2012.\nJérôme has worked with groups and individuals, both in business and in personal development and therapeutic guidance. Over the years, he has appropriated and continuously refined the method to meet people's concrete needs.\nJérôme facilitates constellations by applying filters of clinical psychology, ensuring the work, beyond its spiritual dimension, also impacts everyday life.
