Best of Gershwin! Smilla Wolff, a pianist and trumpeter from Esch, brings to life the relentless enthusiasm of George Gershwin, a great American composer from the 1920s. The young musician, awarded in 2024 by the Rotary Club Music Prize of Esch, will perform his brilliant pieces, especially from the musical An American in Paris. The Esch/Alzette Municipal Harmony Orchestra and its Youth Orchestra will also present other cinematic masterpieces such as Grease or La La Land to convey the magic of melodies made in the USA during this evening.
