What do we hear when we listen? What does the space around us sound like? And when does music begin? One player explores the sound of things, of bodies, of others and of themselves. A rhythm builds up, a melody, a song, an auditory landscape grows in our ears and before our eyes. An invitation to a ‘Früh Stück’ – not just for the ears… Based on questions about sound and listening, Minju Kim and Michael Lurse explore the world of the audible. From sound arises rhythm, from rhythm melody – thus, over the course of the “Früh Stück”, a composition unfolds.
