Isabel's life takes an unexpected turn when her daughter Madalen asks her to visit Ramón, her ex-husband, from whom she has been separated for 15 years and who is relatively ill. The resentment she feels for him resurfaces. The former couple gradually becomes engaged in a reinvented relationship. A gentle, fair film that invents its own music and tells a life for which a new score is composed. Glimmers is remarkable in its way of patiently depicting relationships that are rewritten without great effect, without drama.
