Serge is delighted. He has just bought himself a painting in white, with shades of white. Marc finds the purchase of this overpriced canvas perfectly absurd. A violent discussion ensues, and the two men will seek the more conciliatory arbitration of Yvan, also a lifelong friend… Three friends on stage, played by three friends in real life, Olivier Broche, François Morel and Olivier Saladin – all former Deschiens – perform a play that has become a comedy classic. The situation spirals into a hilarious and fierce crescendo, leaving no one unscathed. It's their friendship that risks being shattered. Will it withstand the test of time, be saved, and by what? Perhaps just by a certain sense of humor, the pleasure of arguing, and the joy of reconciliation.
