The future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Luxembourg takes center stage at the Elements of AI Luxembourg Closing Conference, a free event set to take place on April 3, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the University of Luxembourg (Maison du Savoir, Belval).
Organised by the Elements of AI Luxembourg partners, this key event will celebrate the success of the Elements of AI initiative while exploring AI’s transformative impact across society, education and business.
Designed to inspire and inform, the conference will bring together leading together policymakers, industry experts, AI experts, academics and students for a day of engaging discussions, insightful presentations, and networking opportunities.
The event will be officially opened in the presence of Elisabeth Margue, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister for Media and Connectivity and Anne Calteux, Head of the Representation of the EU Commission to Luxembourg.
Throughout the day, attendees will explore key topics such as:
• The impact of the Elements of AI programme with post-program survey results, presented by Ms. Laura Bruun & Ms. Eva Suomi, Helsinki Team
• AI and innovation in Luxembourg, led by Mr. Francesco Ferrero, LIST
• The role of AI in education, featuring experts from IFEN and the University of Luxembourg
• Adaptative Digital Skills Assessment: How AI can support skills development and personalized learning paths
• Upskilling strategies for careers in AI, with contributions from DLH and ADEM
