Created in 1974, the Luxembourg Chamber Orchestra (OCL) is a flexible ensemble that brings together around forty musicians in constant pursuit of the highest artistic excellence. With a strong local presence and international orientation, the OCL aims to showcase the richness of the chamber orchestra repertoire, from the baroque period to the present day, on the stages of Luxembourg and the Greater Region. Composed of musicians deeply committed to sharing their passion with young people, the OCL helps promote excellence in musical education in the country. Raising awareness among young audiences about music and instrumental practice is a real concern for the OCL.
Good to know
Donations collected during this evening will be entirely for the benefit of the Rotary Club of Dudelange, allowing it to support a humanitarian cause. Students from the Regional Music School of the City of Dudelange will have the opportunity to perform alongside professional musicians.
