Behind Nsangu officiates the singer Clarice Malamba, a young Brussels woman who sings about her idealism and her “fucking thirst for vandalism”. Endowed with a voice that is both fragile and strong, the pop accents of her R&B are enriched with harmonies inherited from African vocal traditions, gospel and soul from the 2000s.
