Bounti is one of those projects that were born out of the frustration of the Covid-19 pandemic: as soon as the lockdowns were over, Mélodie and Tamara launched this project that combines the melting melodies of French pop and the punchy punchlines of rap. Two ways of approaching themes dear to today's youth, such as loneliness and disillusionment, without sparing society and its ills, often linked to patriarchy and its influence. Their latest single “Touche personnel” (2024) is a telling example of this: a true ode to self-confidence, it takes the opportunity to destroy conformism and intolerance in the same movement.
