Make a resolution to save lives: donate blood. It is important to mobilize throughout the year to meet the constant needs of patients: 10,000 donations are needed every day in France. Come and donate your blood on Friday, April 4, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Salle de la Paix, Espace Europa-Courcelles in Montigny-lès-Metz. Blood donation steps: Welcome and registration, Questionnaire and preliminary interview, Donation (10 min), A+ Break (20 min - snack). From welcome to A+ break, plan for 45 min to 1 hour. Take 1 hour to save 3 lives! To donate your blood, you must: Be aged 18 to 70, Weigh at least 50 kg, Be considered fit to donate during the preliminary interview, Bring identification with a photo, Eat before and stay hydrated throughout the process.
