Led by Martina Menichetti, an Italian-Luxembourgish singer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist, Authentica draws its inspiration from local stories, myths, and legends, as well as folk music from around the world. By blending Celtic, Latin, and Mediterranean sounds with traditional Luxembourgish songs and tales, the group has made a name for itself on prestigious international stages, notably at the “Celtic Connections” festival at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow. A timeless, cross-cultural musical experience, where voices, flutes, keyboards, guitars, and percussion blend to create a harmonious and rousing whole.
