The Crime of Padre Amaro, a 2002 Mexican-Spanish film directed by Carlos Carrera, will be screened in its original version with French subtitles (vostFR). The 118-minute film, shot on 35mm, stars Gael García Bernal and Ana Claudia Talancón.
It is based on the homonymous novel by Eça de Queirós and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 2003.
