Since 2021, the Boîtes à Images festival has been highlighting the short films of the Greater Region (Grand Est of France, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Belgium – Wallonia, Germany – Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate). The festival also offers everyone, especially the younger audience, the opportunity to open up to image education through workshops, animations, and meetings.

For the 2025 edition: Mr. Jean-Luc Couchard will be our guest of honour. An actor and director, he accepted the invitation from the MiH association and Thibaut Demeyer, honorary member of the association. He became well known to the general public in the film "Dikkenek", and can also be seen in "Baron Noir," "Taxi 4," "La petite histoire de France," etc. His second film as a director: the short film "À juste titre," focusing on domestic violence and violence against women in general, will be featured prominently.

Cinephiles or newcomers, young audiences, families, and enthusiasts: this festival offers you a wealth of discoveries and emotions. During the Warm-up, the winning films of the 2024 edition will be screened at the Kinosch of the Kufa. This will be followed by a presentation of the 2025 edition program.
