The 'A Possen' Museum in Bech-Kleinmacher and the 'Wäinhaus' in Ehnen cordially invite you to a conversation with the author Hubert Wurth about his book "Muselblo - Bleu Moselle - Wäinhaus Ehnen". This conversation will take place at the 'A Possen' Museum.
The book highlights the history of this former wine estate and recounts the journey of the families who managed it, as well as its river and its fruit: the grape. It attempts to understand the relationship with the large neighbor to the east and describes the historical challenges of the past to better understand the present and prepare the country for a future of peace in Europe.
This conversation offers the opportunity to engage directly with the author. It will conclude with a friendly glass.
About the author: Hubert Wurth, born in 1952 in Luxembourg, is a diplomat, jurist, visual artist, and essayist. After a twenty-eight-year career as Luxembourg's ambassador in several major world capitals, he now lives in Wormeldange, near the Moselle. His latest work, both a study for peace and a historical testimony, explores the history of the Moselle valley, the former family estate in Ehnen, and European developments, while casting a critical eye on contemporary issues. This engaged book combines political and aesthetic reflections, inviting an attentive and visual reading, akin to an artistic experience.
