La Collective de Vie Féminine Luxembourg and the Cultural Centre offer you two days of physical and verbal self-defense workshop led by Garance ASBL. Feminist self-defense allows women and gender minorities to develop their resources to prevent violence and gain a critical understanding of the political and social realities that make violence possible, banalize, and justify it.
The training is open to all cis, trans women, and/or non-binary people regardless of their age and physical condition. Our approach is participatory and aims at the autonomy of all.
The training is a space where everyone can express themselves, learn, and share in self-respect and respect for others, in a secure environment free from discrimination and abuse.
