From August 5 to 8, the Museum « A Possen » opens its doors for its traditional « Summer Academy » intended for children aged 6 to 12. In a relaxed atmosphere, wonderful small objects will be created from simple materials, respecting traditional artisanal methods. The first two days (05 & 06.08.), after preparing salt dough, the children will make bowls with customized patterns and colors. Then, heading to the kitchen: they will cook their own fruity jam, fill it into a beautifully decorated jar, and bake their own bread – a culinary experience to take home! The last two days (07 & 08.08.) will be devoted to the art of knotting. The children will create decorative pendants or pure macrame leaves. On the final day, jute or cotton bags will be personalized – a unique piece with colorful threads and creative techniques.
