Entitled F for Fake or 20th Century Light – General Rehearsal as a cross tribute to Orson Welles and the incandescent bulb, Nicholas Vargelis's performed conference revisits the history of this technology, now nearly disappeared in Europe. Within a luminous setting created using both fixed and mobile railings equipped with an electrical infrastructure, the artist revisits, in a historical, technical, and personal manner, the unique aesthetic of this technology.
