Come and share a day of Yoga around the theme of
grounding and sitting in Yoga with Alberto Kozlik,
Ombelyne Vanden Berghe and Daniela Holderer, professors at the
FNELY.
Different practices will be offered to you to experiment with
rooting in postures, as well as stable sitting and
comfortable, an essential step to achieve silence
interior.
These practices will include breathing techniques,
relaxation and meditation and will be accompanied by
transmission of the theory (including the first three chakras),
moments of exchange.
The course is accessible to everyone, including beginners.
