Let's take the time to discover together this fascinating period in the history of the city of Luxembourg.
Using models, charters, and other archaeological objects from the permanent exhibition, let's travel back in time to the 10th century and see how the medieval city was gradually built from the original castle called Lucilinburhuc. Then, let's leave the Museum and visit the archaeological crypt on Rue de la Reine, which houses the remains of the medieval wall built in the 12th century.
