Regular guided tour: A walk through art
Every Friday, participate for free in the guided tour of the permanent exhibition "A walk through art". This permanent exhibition at Villa Vauban invites visitors to discover European drawings and sculptures from the 17th to the 19th century, with an exceptional artistic journey: from the 17th-century Dutch period to Italian-inspired works, and French creations from the mid-19th century. It includes masterpieces, small formats, and miniatures, along with a room dedicated to Pescatore’s acquisitions after the auction of the possessions of King William II of the Netherlands in 1850. An immersive video projection introduces the tour, immersing visitors in the atmosphere of the artworks.
