How to join? Just slip into your comfiest clothes, bring a yoga mat (or borrow one of ours!), and try not to eat or drink too much beforehand. ✨

Who is Nonie?
Nonie grew up in a family where yoga was a daily tradition, shaping her lifelong practice. After six years of intensive training in Power Yoga in India, she started teaching during the pandemic, transforming her passion into a full-time career. Her sessions are thoughtfully designed to be inclusive and accessible, encouraging self-love, mindfulness, and a deeper connection between mind and body.
