1. CATEGORY 'CONTAINMENT WORLD CUP'
How to combine the spirit of solidarity with the spirit of competition? Some have already found the answer.
More than 4,000 people have participated in this World Cup, the objective is very simple: carry out a whole series of challenges and missions posted on the competition website and collect a maximum number of points (see). These missions can range from a simple phone call to a senior citizen π, to a half marathon in their garden ποΈ. Well, there are not really any stakes but it's still a good way to enjoy the containment a different way and do solidarity actions π«at the same time. All you have to do is post your action or challenge online, and done heyhey! π€
2. CATEGORY 'TIK TOK DOC'
When medicine puts a smile back on your face, well, it feels good. Since the beginning of the containment, many people have been using the very famous "Tik Tok" app, and an American anaesthetist π¨ββοΈβ decided to use this app to bring joy and good mood to the hospital he is working. His videos travelled around the world where you can see him dancing in the hospital corridors with some of his coworkers. Hilarious for some, amusing for others, in any case it can cheers up many patients, nothing is more powerful than humor in this case, or maybe some hope. (Did you see our tribute to the caregivers? No? Look!)

3. CATEGORY 'CONFINOUZE OR THE BEER OF THE CONTAINMENT'
We were talking to you last week about pastries (here), the only thing that was missing was the beer πΊ. Yes, some people like to brew beer during containment. That's the case of these 3 managers of a bar in Lille (France), after having uploaded an online jackpot (which was also a great success), they launched the idea of creating a 'special containment' beer, made by homebound people... for homebound people as they say π. Seriously, we can't wait to taste it! (See their story here π)
Otherwise for the e-pero we have the Supermiro selection for deliveries to your home here (π±πΊ), here (π§πͺ) and here (π«π·)
