You still remember the guidance counselor in high school, when you were standing in his waiting room with sweaty hands, flying over 15 different flyers from 15 different careers π±. Or even the Open Days where you attended looooong conferences and ended up not finding your career path π.
To avoid the panic of last-minute choices, and to be more confident despite the current circumstances, the University of Luxembourg has mobilized its great advisors and students to listen to you and help you find THE bachelor, master, doctorate or continuing education program made for you π (We love the idea of this event anyway).
The Information Virtual Day will be open to everyone on Saturday, January 16 from 10 am to 4 pm (borderers, expats, students, parents, professionals ...) β οΈ
WHY PARTICIPATE?
1. TO CHANGE YOUR UNIVERSITY EDUCATION
As a bachelor's or master's student, you are not a fan of your education course. You already have a lil' idea and you have some doubts, or you just need to change to discover other opportunities. In short... you need a counselor for a Programme Orientation.
2. TO HELP YOUR TEEN
'Mom, I wish I could be an influencer!' 'Oh, is that a job?'
Finding a job that your teenager likes was THE thing to avoid during the lockdown? π¬ You just want to make him/her understand that it's important for him/her to build his/her future? And that he or she can ask students for their opinions and about campus life? And you also have some questions you'd like to ask in case you have any doubts regarding admission procedures or outings.
3. FOR A PROFESSIONAL RECONVERSION
Because of the current situation, have you lost your job? Ok this damn virus won a battle but it didn't win the war! πͺ You were already wondering about your job, if you wanted to continue on this path or not? Or do you want to take advantage of having plenty of time at home to continue training? Seize this opportunity, go for it before it's too late and talk to the people available online.
