THE NATIONAL DAY
After last night's party, you'll be able to turn off your alarm clock 😉 As the official ceremony at the Philharmonie Luxembourg starts at 10am. And if you miss the alarm, don't panic! The 21 cannon shots fired in honour of the Grand Duke at 11am are sure to get you out of bed 🥹
The traditional taking up of arms and military parade will then take place in the Avenue de la Liberté from 12 noon. The Te Deum will take place at 4.30pm in Notre-Dame de Luxembourg Cathedral, in the presence of members of the Grand Ducal family.
A little further on at Kinnekswiss, take your little wolves to the huge "Spillfest" games festival from 10am to 6pm: perfect for young and old alike! On the program: over a hundred workshops, unusual and instructive games offered by various associations and artists. You can even grab a bite to eat on site if you're feeling peckish 🍽️
