If you're looking for a basic pool, keep moving. Here, it’s XL, turbo, and a splash-worthy love affair.

The Centre Aquatique de la Coque is the Mecca of the crawl, the Olympus of swimmers, the HQ of champions.

- A 50m Olympic pool, adaptable depending on the schedule,
- A 25m beginner pool for those who prefer calm waters (but be warned, it's sometimes taken over by schools),
- A “sports and wellness” area for the well-being aficionados...
- Don’t forget the diving tower (1m, 3m, 5m, 7.5m, 10m) for those brave enough to conquer the void,
- And the 15m diving pit for the pros.
- Plus, a splash pool for the little fish.

And because a dolphin body is also built on dry land, the integrated fitness room awaits, with top-of-the-line machines and a well-earned sweat session.

In the summer, you can chill and sunbathe outside.
In winter, it’s cocoon mode in the pools. You swim, you push yourself, you breathe. It’s more than just an aquatic centre: it’s a temple of movement.

Good to know

- Swim cap: Mandatory, no negotiations. If you forgot yours, you can grab one at reception or at the counter.

- One golden rule to remember: the counter closes 1 hour before the official closing time, and after that, it’s no entry. You also need to head to the locker rooms at least 30 minutes before closing time (we’re keeping an eye on you).

- The fitness room, on the other hand, closes a bit earlier during the week: at 9 p.m., not a minute later.

- Early bird squad? If you have a Coque Kaart, you're VIP!
You can show up as early as 6:30 a.m. Tuesday to Friday and 8 a.m. on weekends. How classy.
