The SWR Big Band is an absolute guarantor of the music of the golden age of swing. The singer Fola Dada, who has just won the German Jazz Prize, offers together with the musicians an evening in swing mode with hits by Ella Fitzgerald, Benny Goodman, Peggy Lee, Louis Armstrong, Sarah Vaughan, Duke Ellington , Billie Holiday, Count Basie, Nina Simone or Robbie Williams.

The program extends from the 1930s to the 1960s and up to the year 2000, with global hits such as The more I see you, Have you met Miss Jones and Feeling good. In other words, the best of swing music, all to the sound of the Grammy Award-winning SWR Big Band.

Look forward to this swing concert during which the SWR Big Band will, as usual, more than live up to its reputation as one of the best big bands in the world.
