Nea Lone is the alter ego of organist, singer and composer Nadja Prange, who is interested in the complexity of human existence. With her unique integration of the Hammond organ into modern sound worlds, she presents a fresh twist on pop music and introduces a captivating new genre, known as organ pop. This mix combines elements of jazz, hip-hop and pop with a touch of neo-soul and occasional forays into other genres.
Nea's introspective lyrics explore themes of attachment, resilience, and personal growth. In search of her essence, Nea explores and observes human behavior, suffering, and madness, while struggling with confusion and contradictions in a world where some things seem too crazy to be real.
Nadja Prange is a Luxembourgish musician and artist currently living in Trier. She is very interested in keyboard instruments, with a particular preference for the organ, which she enjoys integrating into modern music. Nadja's passion for music began at a young age, when she played the clarinet and oboe before turning to classical piano. As a teenager, she discovered jazz music and began studying jazz piano at the Luxembourg Conservatory. Her musical career took off and over the years she has had various experiences and group projects. After obtaining a degree in linguistics and translation at the University of Saarbrücken, Nadja decided that academia was not her calling and returned to music. She deepened her knowledge and skills and focused more on the organ, an instrument that captured her heart when she first played it.
