During two five-day sessions, participants in the workshop: CNA ScriptLab & Screenwriting will discover, question, and experiment with the challenges of screenwriting, whether for fiction, documentaries, or series. (Jpeg, 187 KB)
In this new formula, we will lay the foundations of screenwriting, we will focus on the development process, on dramaturgical choices and their consequences on the narration by alternating theoretical and practical work.
For this, we will select a maximum of 5 scenarios in development and their authors who will be our subjects of study and work and we will complete the group with a maximum of 8 authors who will be observers and actors in the writing work.
Accompanied by Miguel Machalski, they will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their story and the elements that serve it.

The second session will be dedicated to the presentation and analysis of new writing axes and/or developments in the script, while explaining the choices and decisions on these new axes.
This training is aimed at Luxembourgish authors/directors, or residents of Luxembourg, with or without a writing project in progress. We accept fiction, documentary and series projects regardless of the format (short, long, medium, etc.) and genre.
