Rocks on Rocks Cocktail Workshop

The workshop will be divided into several phases. We will start with an introduction to mixology and generalities, before getting to know and taste various Luxembourgish liqueurs and schnapps.
Then, we will go through the different stages of the "Rocks on rocks" cocktail, with the different layers and their densities, and how to play with textures in the cocktail.
With: Raphael Betti
Always interested in cocktails, good food, and local products, Raphael Betti turned his hobby into his profession. During his studies, he worked in discos and restaurants, where he discovered his passion for mixology. After several successful cocktail competitions, which took him to Amsterdam, Cannes, and Sydney, he currently runs a small cocktail bar in Pfaffenthal, working exclusively with Luxembourgish spirits.
