Under this motto, Giuseppe di Stefano, who possessed one of the most beautiful tenor voices of the 20th century and who was for years the stage partner of the legendary Maria Callas, took over the patronage of this gala concert.
The program extends from Giuseppe Verdi to R. Leoncavallo. You will hear Radamès' ardent aria *Celeste Aida*, as well as Rodolfo's poetic aria *Che gelida manina* taken from *La Bohème*.
Other arias include works from *Carmen*, *Tosca*, *Rigoletto* and many others. In such a gala evening, Italian folk songs cannot be missing.
