Writing workshop
Soon, in the streets, you'll hear the sweet voices sing: “Dear Lord's Little Flower, give us bacon and peas…”, as the “Liichtmëssdag” approaches swiftly. Though this traditional song has remained nearly unchanged to this day, the “Liichtebengelchen” has evolved over time: today, it is often accompanied by a colorful lantern. Children aged 6 to 12 can make such a lantern during a creative workshop at the "A Possen" Museum on Saturday, January 25. With the help of our mediator, children will cut and paste colored paper, so that by the end of the afternoon, each child can leave with their own personal lantern. Thus, nothing will stop a successful “Liichtmëssdag”!
