In this workshop, you will learn the basics of anatomically correct walking and running according to the CANTIENICA®-Body in Evolution. The exercises serve as guidelines for feather-light and pain-free movement in everyday life and sports.

Movement becomes what it is: therapy for bones, muscles, and joints. You train the foot arches and optimize your leg axes.

DIAPHRAGM AND PELVIC FLOOR IN MOTION
As a three-layer muscular unit, the pelvic floor closes the pelvis at the bottom and connects its muscles with the entire trunk and leg musculature. Whether you sit, stand, lie or walk, your pelvic floor is in action around the clock, particularly its innermost and most important layer, the levator ani. In the "human skyscraper," this organ elevator, which sits like a bowl between both pelvic blades, is the lower mezzanine.

The upper mezzanine is your diaphragm, which curves like an umbrella in the lower part of the rib cage. It cushions the weight of the rib cage and thereby relieves the abdominal organs and the pelvic floor.

THE WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO EVERYONE: Whether a marathon aspirant, hobby runner, hiker, walker, people with hip and/or knee prostheses, plantar fasciitis pain, etc.

STUDIO & OUTDOOR: The first part of the workshop takes place in the studio (approx. 2 hours); the second part (approx. 1 hour) outdoors (appropriate shoes and weather-appropriate clothing), so you can immediately practice the newly learned movements.
