Have you mistreated your clothes outrageously? In this workshop, nothing will resist your creative spirit as you design and create patterns to repair your worn garments and renew the emotional bond with a pair of jeans or an old sock you no longer dared to take out of the closet. Bring your clothes, and costume designer Peggy Wurth will provide fabrics and teach skills: mending, patching, repairing a tear, sewing a button, and hemming. Stitch by stitch, our associate artist will offer advice and techniques to make your clothes more durable, always creatively!
Good to know
The workshop will take place twice: from 10am to 1pm and/or from 2pm to 5pm. You can attend both times at the same time if you wish. Between 1pm and 2pm, a short lunch break is planned with sandwiches offered by the house.
